水轮机过流部件的修复技术与研究

在水力发电领域,水轮机长期运行后,过流部件严重磨损,导致电站水能利用率下降,机组效率降低,电站发电效益减少,维修周期缩短,运营成本增加.文章通过阐述各种抗腐蚀涂层来修复水轮机过流部件,提高水轮机的抗磨损问题,提出减少磨损、延长水轮机的寿命、提高效率,降低成本,提高效益等相应的防护措施.
Repair Technology and Research of Turbine Flow Parts
In the field of hydroelectric power generation,after the long-term operation of the turbine,the over-current parts are seriously worn,which leads to the decrease of the utilization rate of hydropower station,the reduction of unit efficiency,the reduction of power generation efficiency,the shortening of maintenance cycle,and the increase of operating costs.In this paper,various anti-corrosion coatings are introduced to repair the flow parts of the turbine and improve the wear resistance of the turbine,and corresponding protective measures such as reducing wear,prolonging the life of the turbine,improving efficiency,reducing cost and improving benefit are proposed.
