摘要

苯乙烯是一种重要有机化工原料,在苯乙烯储存过程中易发生聚合反应,造成成品质量下降.文章简单介绍了苯乙烯储存装置,论述了苯乙烯储存聚合现象、危害、原因,并提出降低苯乙烯单体聚合风险,加强风险排查以及安全储存的几点控制措施.

Abstract

Styrene is a important organic chemical raw material that is prone to polymerization reactions during the storage process of styrene,resulting in a decrease in the quality of the finished product.This paper briefly introduces the styrene storage device,discusses the phenomenon,hazards,and reasons of styrene storage polymerization,and propose several control measures to strengthen risk investigation and secure storage.
