摘要
近年来,中国经济与科技水平不断提升,为各行业大发展带来极大契机.化工行业作为国民经济支柱型产业之一,因其具有的独特性质,在生产过程有可能产生有毒、有害物质,如果没有采取有效措施进行干预处理,可能会造成环境污染或生产事故.而化工工艺、化工设备作为化工行业生产的重要构成要素,必须具备较好的适应性,才能满足化工生产的要求.文章结合化工行业的生产实际情况,对化工工艺与化工设备的适应性设计进行了简要分析,并提出了一些建设性的优化措施.
Abstract
In recent years,the continuous improvement of China's economic and technological level has brought great opportunities for the development of various industries.As one of the pillar industries of the national economy,the chemical industry,because of its unique nature,may produce toxic and harmful substances in the production process,and may cause environmental pollution or production accidents if effective measures are not taken to intervene.As an important component of chemical industry production,chemical process and chemical equipment must have good adaptability to meet the requirements of chemical production.Based on the actual production situation of chemical industry,this paper briefly analyzes the adaptive design of chemical technology and chemical equipment,and puts forward some constructive optimization measures.
