中国石油大港石化分公司聚丙烯装置采用巴塞尔Spheripol-II双环管工艺技术,前期运行过程中出现了高压丙烯回收系统运行不稳定的问题.文章分析了影响高压丙烯回收系统波动的因素,从聚合物粒径分布、T301 底部出料控制、小闪线流量控制、T301 液位控制、T301 丙烯回流量控制、小闪线温度控制等方面提出了优化解决方案,有针对性地解决了制约聚丙烯装置长周期运行的瓶颈问题.
Optimization Scheme for Improving the Operation Stability of Polypropylene High Pressure Propylene Recovery System
The polypropylene unit of PetroChina Dagang Petrochemical Company adopts the Basel Spheripol-II double-loop process technology.During the early operation process,there was a problem of unstable operation of the high-pressure propylene recovery system.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the fluctuation of the high-pressure propylene recovery system,and proposes optimization solutions from the aspects of polymer particle size distribution,T301 bottom discharge control,small flash line flow control,T301 liquid level control,T301 propylene reflux control,and small flash line temperature control,which have targetedly solved the bottleneck problem that restricts the long-term operation of the polypropylene unit.
