The article from the perspective of energy production and consumption status and energy structure trends in China,combined with the status and industry characteristics of coal industry chain,the article analyzes the opportunities and challenges,the competitive environment,the development direction of the industry and the development and utilization trend of coal of the energy and coal industrie.Some suggestions are put forward for the strategic thinking of the future development of coal enterprises.
