Post evaluation of engineering construction projects is an important stage of in the whole life cycle of the project.It is necessary to conduct post evaluation of engineering construction projects after completion and operation for a period of time.This article focuses on the characteristics of large-scale Engineering construction projects,focuses on the post implementation evaluation process,describes how to organize and complete project post evaluation with high quality,and proposes considerations and suggestions for post implementation evaluation work.
