Analysis on Implementing Technology Development Strategy in High-end Chemical Enterprises
The role of chemical enterprises in the national economy development is increasingly prominent,Shandong province,as a large province of chemical industry,has put forward the goals of"increasing the technological innovation of chemical industry""making high-end chemical industry bigger and stronger""building a world-class high-end chemical industry base",and the term"high-end chemical industry"frequently appears in the working documents of provincial government.In the context of Shandong Province's strong support for the development of high-end chemical industry,this paper takes W Group as the research object,adopts research methods such as literature research and field discussion,reviews the current situation of technological innovation activities of enterprises,analyzes the current problems faced by enterprises in technological innovation,and uses PEST analysis model to explore the implementation of technological development strategies of enterprises,puts forward the guarantee measures for enterprises to implement technology development strategy from three aspects:talent team construction,financial cost management and cultural atmosphere cultivation.
