随着时代变迁与国内外形势变化,中国能源安全由供给安全为重心转变为涵盖供给、消费、储备、政治、资本、技术和治理等多个维度的能源安全.当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局,国际能源形势复杂,文章将立足中国基本国情,结合当前所面临的挑战,针对煤炭、油气、能源市场、新能源以及技术创新方面,提出相关的对策建议,助力中国能源安全水平的提升.
Abstract
With the changes of times and the domestic and international situation,China's energy security has changed from the focus of supply security to energy security covering multiple dimensions such as supply,consumption,reserve,politics,capital,technology and governance.The world today is experiencing major changes unseen in a century,and the international energy situation is complex.This paper will base on China's basic national conditions and combine the current challenges.In view of coal,oil and gas,energy market,new energy and technological innovation,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to help China's energy security level.
