The conflict between the marketization of RMB exchange rate and the insufficient risk awareness of enterprises has appeared.Foreign-related enterprises need to enhance awareness of risk neutrality,carry out reasonable foreign exchange hedging,and actively respond to the impact of the increased flexibility of the RMB exchange rate.This article presents the basic concept,transaction process and operational points of hedge risk exchange rate.Suggestions such as enhancing awareness,process standardization and assessment mechanisms are proposed by analyzing the existing problems of exchange rate risk management in state-owned enterprises.
