Analysis of Energy Consumption in Deep Dehydration as a Pretreatment Technology for Aerobic Fermentation of Sludge
This paper researches and analyzes the cost of each unit's electricity consumption, material consumption and energy consumption before and after the addition of the sludge deep dehydration system of the sludge aerobic fermentation project of the first sewage treatment plant in Taian. The results show that the power consumption per ton of sludge fermentation project before and after deep dehydration is 101.24 and 97.26 kW·h/t respectively. From the situation of energy consumption of electric equipment, the fan is the main energy consumption of the urban sludge aerobic fermentation project, and the focus of energy saving and consumption reducing. After deep dehydration, although material consumption increases sludge conditioner,it has no necessity to add auxiliary materials. In terms of the amount used and cost, the material consumption has been on decline. The total cost of energy consumption per ton of sludge decreases from 135.7 yuan to 65.5 yuan, with a significant drop of 51.7%.Therefore,the adoption of deep dehydration,as the pretreatment technology of sludge aerobic fermentation,is beneficial to energy saving and consumption reduction.
