Laboratories play an important role in scientific research and talent cultivation in agricultural research institutions,and the scientific and standardized management of laboratories is a long-term and complex task.This article explores the efficient management of agricultural research unit laboratories from four aspects:laboratory equipment,personnel,safety and management mechanisms,in order to provide reference for the management strategies of agricultural research unit laboratories.
