Management Measures for Abnormal Production Events at LNG Receiving Stations
LNG receiving stations are important support bases for maintaining sustained and stable natural gas supply.Stable production is crucial for maintaining the gas consumption of downstream gas power plants,urban gas enterprises and industrial users.Therefore,studying the management strategies for abnormal production events at LNG receiving stations has great significance.This article analyzes the occurrence of abnormal production events during the operation of an LNG receiving stations,as well as the problems in the management process.After analysis and discussion,specific management measures are proposed from the aspects of responsibility division,equipment maintenance and so on,and combined with practical applications to evaluate the effectiveness of the measures,in order to provide reference for the management of abnormal production events in similar enterprises,and assist in improving the level of production equipment management and intrinsic safety management.
