The manufacturing difficulties and quality control of twisted tube bundle were analyzed,the structural design features of twisted tube heat exchanger are described,the manufacturing experience of spiral twisted tube bundle was analyzed and summarized.The optimization of heat exchange of a refinery prehydrogenation heat exchanger is taken as an example,the high heat transfer efficiency of the twisted tube heat exchanger is verified by practical application.
