In the design of the crane in CDQ project,it will involve the calculation of the running length of the crane,the length of the cable towing chain and the length of the guide groove of the cable towing chain.Therefore,this paper summarizes the relevant calculation of cable towing chain length of the crane in CDQ project,introduces its calculation method in detail,and discusses the experience gained in the design process,in order to provide reference for the calculation of similar cable towing chain length.
