Feasibility Study on the Construction of the Submarine Pipeline Underground Renovation Project in Suizhong Port
Due to the gradual development of shipping, ships need to deepen the depth of shipping, which leads to the need to adjust the design burial depth of submarine pipelines, and generally adopt the method of digging trenches and lying down to increase the laying depth. This article introduces the trenching system of submarine pipelines and analyzes common trenching techniques and construction processes. On this basis, combined with the example of adapting to the development of the main approach channel of Suizhong Coal Terminal Port Area, the expansion project is carried out according to the two-way 100 000-ton channel standard,to achieve the goal of widening the channel and deepening the channel depth. The waterway intersects with three submarine pipelines that provide crude oil to the Suizhong 36-1 land terminal of CNOOC.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the pipelines in the intersection area of the waterway,it is necessary to deepen the burial depth of the pipelines in the intersection area.Based on feasibility analysis and whether to change the original submarine pipeline route, two underground renovation plans are proposed.Through comprehensive evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of the two plans,it is recommended to use the original submarine pipeline route change plan to complete the construction.
