Study on the Effect of Different Deashing Agents on the Slurry Deashing of DCC Unit
The ash content of the slurry oil rejected from the catalytic cracking(DCC)unit of a petrochemical company is 0.2%-0.3%.Add slurry oil deashing agents(at a ratio of 300 mg/kg)to the delivery pipeline, and allow the slurry oil to settle statically in the storage tank for 72 hours(at a temperature of 100-105℃).The ash content of the treated slurry oil is required to be less than 0.1%and the silicon + aluminum content is≤60 mg/kg,for use in blending low-sulfur marine fuel oil.The removal rate of both the original slurry oil deashing agent A and the current slurry oil deashing agent B can meet the technical specifications.Due to the need to clean inventory,it is proposed to use the previously remaining oil slurry deashing agent A in the plant, but it is unclear whether mixing the two agents will affect the deashing effect. To address this issue, experimental research has been conducted, and the results show that the mixing of different slurry deashing agents can lead to turbidity, stratification and the precipitation of colloidal substances, with the deashing effect being somewhere between the two.
