亚磷酸三甲酯在农药化工领域具有重要的应用价值,其主要作为有机磷类杀虫剂中的中间体来进一步合成磷胺、敌敌畏等高效杀虫剂.除此之外,亚磷酸三甲酯在阻燃、催化等领域也扮演着重要的角色.然而,在实际工业生产过程中,需要考虑亚磷酸三甲酯的毒性,因此对工艺流程以及"三废"处理流程的优化具有重要的现实意义.这有利于安全生产有效运行和节能减排及经济效益的提高,减少生产安全事故的发生,确保员工的生命健康安全和企业财产不受损失.文章主要通过查阅文献资料对亚磷酸三甲酯的工业化生产工艺流程进行整理和学习,并且在此基础上进一步对整个工艺流程进行综合理解和分析,尝试对生产工艺方案进一步的优化提出一些见解,以降低生产能耗、提高生产效率、减少"三废"的排放.
Preliminary Process Design of Production Workshop
Trimethyl phosphite has important application value in the field of pesticide chemical industry.It is mainly used as an intermediate in organophosphate insecticides to further synthesize phosphonium,dichlorvos and other highly effective insecticides.In addition,trimethyl phosphite also plays an important role in the fields of flame retardation and catalysis.However,in the actual industrial production process,it is necessary to consider the toxicity of trimethyl phosphite,so it has important practical significance for the optimization of the process flow and the"three wastes"treatment process.It is conducive to the effective operation of safe production and the improvement of energy saving and emission reduction and economic benefits,reduce the occurrence of production safety accidents,and ensure that employees'life,health and safety of enterprise property are not lost.This paper mainly collates and learns the industrial production process of trimethyl phosphite by referring to literature materials,and on this basis,further conducts comprehensive understanding and analysis of the entire process,and tries to put forward some insights for further optimization of the production process plan,so as to reduce production energy consumption,improve production efficiency and reduce the emission of"three wastes".
