Quality Management of Offshore Oil Engineering Construction Based on PDCA
This article takes the quality management of offshore oil engineering construction as the research object and explores the application of PDCA cycle based management methods in this field.By analyzing the characteristics and challenges of offshore oil engineering construction,as well as the limitations of existing quality management methods,the paper proposes a quality management model based on the PDCA cycle.Specifically,it includes the planning phase,execution phase,inspection phase,and improvement phase.Subsequently,through case analysis,the application and effectiveness of PDCA based quality management in offshore oil engineering construction were elaborated.Meanwhile,through comparative analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of PDCA cycle and traditional quality management methods were compared,as well as the selection basis in practical applications.Finally,by summarizing the research results,the value of quality management based on PDCA in offshore oil engineering construction was emphasized,and the future development was prospected.
