Post-evaluation of Petrochemical Projects Based on Horizontal Comparison
The current basic guidelines for the evaluation of domestic construction-type investment projects are formulated by the relevant national departments.On this basis,different industries develop evaluation methods that meet the needs of their own industries.Based on the existing post-evaluation methods and practices,this paper establishes a quantitative and objective petrochemical project evaluation index system and assessment standards.It can realize the horizontal comparison of the project and analyze the actual project as an example.It can draw objective post-evaluation conclusions and provide reference for similar projects.
