With the deepening development of world multipolarity and economic globalization,the degree of integration between culture and economy is constantly deepening.In order to seek greater development space,more and more state-owned enterprises are implementing internationalization strategies,and cultural integration and cross-cultural management of state-owned enterprises are facing new opportunities and challenges.The article explores and analyzes the difficulties faced by cultural integration and cross-cultural management in state-owned enterprises,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions around cross-cultural management and the construction of a multicultural management system in enterprises.
