Scientific Management Path of Engineering Projects in Chemical Enterprises
Chemical industry is a high-risk industry,how to strengthen the scientific management of chemical enterprise engineering projects has become the focus of the whole industry.At present,chemical enterprises pay more and more attention to scientific management of engineering projects,but there are still many problems.Based on the research on engineering project management of some domestic chemical enterprises,this paper starts with the characteristics of engineering projects,puts forward the problems existing in traditional engineering project management and the connotation of green engineering project management.Through comparison,the green engineering project management path is presented,and combined with case analysis,in order to provide reference for improving the engineering project management level of chemical enterprises.
