with the new round of recovery of the geological exploration industry,geological exploration is playing a more and more important role in the social and economic development,providing a strong resource guarantee and industrial support for the rapid development of the national economic and social undertakings.It is of great significance to ensure the security of national energy resources.As the main force of geological prospecting work,geological prospecting units are the main body of the new round of strategic action of ore prospecting breakthrough,and undertake the work of serving new fields in all kinds of geological prospecting industry.it is related to whether we can find good mines,large mines and open-up mines for the country.With the beginning of a new round of geological prospecting breakthrough action,all kinds of geological exploration projects have increased greatly,the pressure of production safety is greater,the situation of production safety is still grim,the level of safety management still needs to be improved,and there are still many deficiencies in the culture of safety system.The construction of safety system culture is the foundation of the sustainable development of geological prospecting units and an important guarantee for the geological exploration industry to achieve ore prospecting breakthroughs.This paper takes the coal geological exploration units as an example,combined with the reality of the geological exploration industry,summarizes the successful experience and good practices,and then probes into the necessity of the construction of safety culture.
