The research on win-win safety management in the collaboration between enterprises and contractors has attracted much attention.This study aims to analyze the key factors of win-win safety management between enterprises and contractors,in order to provide reference and guidance for achieving mutual benefits for both parties.This article analyzes the safety management practices of cooperation projects between Hubei Dayukou Chemical Co.,Ltd.and contractors,revealing the impact of key factors such as cooperation mode,risk identification and control,training and education on win-win relationships.The study found that sharing information,active communication,trust relationship,and common goal concept between enterprises and contractors are the key to achieving win-win safety management.Helping enterprises and contractors strengthen cooperation,optimize safety management strategies,improve work efficiency,and ensure the sustainable development of projects.
