Research on the Development of HN Petrochemical Company Based on SWOT Analysis
HN Petrochemical Company,as a leading enterprise in the petrochemical industry of Hainan Province and the core of SINOPEC's industrial chain in Hainan,has developed into an important import crude oil processing base,finished oil export base,and aromatic hydrocarbon production base along the southeast coast of China.Against the background of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,HN Petrochemical Company seeks and adjusts its development strategy by combining its own internal conditions and external development environment,further enhances its sustainable competitiveness.This article uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by HN Petrochemical Company's internal and external development environment,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for its future development.
