Based on the statistics and summary of contractor violations in the direct operation of a refinery company in 2022,we analyze the characteristics and rules of the contractors'violation data,and find out the weak points of safety management in the on-site construction operation.Combined with the operation of the internal management system of contractors implemented by a refining and chemical enterprise,it puts forward the targeted management methods to reduce the violations in the direct operation links,reduce the possibility of various types of accidents,and improve the safety of on-site construction operations.At the same time,it provides the experience for the related work in the same industry for appreciation.
