工业元宇宙时代,产业转型升级与技术变革促使高职院校化工专业对高素质复合型技术技能人才的培养进行改革.关注人才培养过程中教育生态的整体、平衡、动态发展,是为了适应技术变革与经济发展对人才的需求.文章探索了在工业元宇宙时代高职化工专业人才培养教育生态的良性构建路径.通过分析人才培养教育生态的现状,提出应从建设优势专业群、优化课程体系建设、关注学生核心素养培育、开展有效增值评价、优化工作环境、丰富科研成果转化这六个方面构建互利共赢、和谐发展的人才培养教育生态.
Intelligent Benign Construction of Vocational Chemical Engineering Talent Training Education Ecology in Industrial Metaverse Era
In the industrial metaverse era,industrial transformation and upgrading and technological change urge chemical engineering major in higher vocational colleges to reform the cultivation of high-quality compound technical and skilled talents.The overall,balanced and dynamic development of education ecology in the process of talent training is to meet the needs of talent caused by technological change and economic development.This paper explores the benign education ecology construction path of chemical engineering major in higher vocational talent training the industrial metaverse era of intelligent development.By analyzing the current situation of higher vocational talent training education ecology,this paper puts forward that chemical engineering major in higher vocational colleges should build a mutually beneficial and harmonious development of talent training education ecology from these six aspects:build advantageous professional groups,optimize the construction of curriculum system,pay attention to the cultivation of students'core literacy,optimize the working environment and enrich the transformation of scientific research achievements.
