高职化工类专业"虚实交替、四岗递进"实践教学体系的研究

石油和化学工业在国家能源发展战略下,进入产业升级改造的高质量发展阶段,对高职化工类专业人才规格的要求发生转变.应对此新变化,聚焦"新工科"专业内涵,结合化工产业生产过程的特点,调查研究和比对、"联网"改革实践教学内容、"联动"模式建立实习基地、科学把握五大要素,构建了相对较为独立的高职化工类专业"虚实交替、四岗递进"实践教学体系,并联合同类职业院校推广应用和实践研究.经过两年实践,成效显著,增强了人才就业竞争力、激发了创新创业思维,同时可进一步提升实践教学条件建设水平,促使教师队伍工业化建设,为高职化工类专业人才培养、提高人才培养质量提供借鉴.
Research on the Practical Teaching System of"Alternating the Actual and the False,Progressive Four Positions"for Chemical Engineering Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges
Under the national energy development strategy,the petroleum and chemical industry has entered the high-quality development stage of industrial upgrading and transformation,and the requirements for the specification of chemical professionals in higher vocational colleges have changed.In response to this new change,focusing on the connotation of"new engineering",combining the characteristics of the chemical industry production process,research and comparison,"networking"reform of practical teaching content,"linkage"model to establish a practice base,and scientific grasp of the five elements,a relatively independent"virtual reality alternation,four posts progressive"practical teaching system for chemical engineering majors in higher vocational colleges has been constructed,and similar vocational colleges have been united to promote application and practical research.After two years of practice,remarkable results have been achieved,which has enhanced the competitiveness of talent employment and stimulated innovation and entrepreneurship thinking.At the same time,it can further improve the construction level of practical teaching conditions and promote the industrialization of teachers,providing reference for the training of chemical professionals in higher vocational colleges and improving the quality of talent training.
