Glycerol Transport Research in Wastewater Containing Glycerol Treatment by Electrodialysis
Epichlorohydrin industrial wastewater is treated by electrodialysis(ED),and the desalting rate is above 99.8%.At the same time as desalination,it is also accompanied by glycerol transmembrane migration. In this thesis, the transmembrane migration process of glycerol is divided into three situations:self-diffusion,diffusion caused by water migration and ion migration.Different diffusion dialysis experiments are designed to explore the reasons for various diffusion and the proportion of influence.According to the formula, during the removal of CaCl2 by electrodialysis, the self-diffusion of glycerol accounts for 7.11%of the total migration of glycerol, the diffusion caused by water migration accounts for 61.57%of the total migration of glycerol, and the diffusion caused by ion migration accounts for 31.32%of the total migration of glycerol. The experimental results indicate that the vast majority of glycerol migration is caused by glycerol diffusion caused by water migration and glycerol diffusion caused by ion migration.
