Oilfield HSE Management Improvement of Process Safety Control
In oilfield development projects,HSE(health,safety,and environment)risks are diverse and can have severe consequences,encompassing aspects such as explosions,fires,workplace safety,personnel health,and environmental pollution.Process safety control is pivotal in managing these risks,involving risk assessment,control measures,training,and emergency response plans.This paper takes a specific oilfield as a case study and provides a detailed overview of high-risk operation control procedures,with an emphasis on safety measures for confined space work.Through the implementation of these measures,HSE risks can be mitigated,ensuring the safety and sustainability of oilfield operations,while also serving as a reference case for relevant industries.
