大唐国际克什克腾煤制天然气有限责任公司甲烷化装置,在甲烷化反应过程中,原料气经过脱硫和大量甲烷化反应后,经历第一补充甲烷化反应器 71-C104 后,出口工艺气温度设计操作值为 449℃;经过原料气预热器(71-W102/2)、锅炉给水加热器(71-W109)后冷却至 169℃;工艺气通过空冷器(71-W201)采用工艺气与空气的换热方式,控制工艺气温度.虽然空冷器具有节约用水量等优点,但仍然有大量热量不能被回收利用,为不将该部分热量浪费,可将其回收利用,以大幅降低装置能耗,节约生产成本.
Additional Generator Set for Methanation Unit Waste Heat Recovery
In the methanation reaction process of Datang International Keshketen Coal-to-Natural Gas Co.,Ltd.'s methanation unit,after desulfurization and a large number of methanation reactions,the feed gas goes through the first supplementary methanation reactor 71-C104,and the design operating value of the outlet process gas temperature is 449℃.After passing through the feed gas preheater(71-W102/2)and boiler feed water heater(71-W109),the process gas is cooled to 169℃.The process gas passes through the air cooler(71-W201)and the process gas temperature is controlled by adopting the heat exchange mode of process gas and air.Although the air cooler has the advantages of saving water consumption,there is still a large amount of heat that cannot be recycled.For not putting the part of the heat is wasted and can be recycled so as to greatly reduce the energy consumption of the device and save the production cost.
