In recent years,oil testing laboratory management has become the focus of work in the new era.Due to the influence of traditional management mode,there is still a big gap between the management level of oil testing laboratory and the expected goal.Therefore,we should give full play to the advantages of QHSE management,enhance the QHSE awareness of oil testing laboratory staff,and strengthen the QHSE training of laboratory staff.This paper mainly expounds the importance of QHSE management in oil testing laboratories,analyzes the problems exposed in the management of oil testing experiments,and then discusses the QHSE management solutions of the center.
