摘要
近年来,随着经济总量的不断提高,中国工业危险废物的产生量也在逐年攀升.焚烧是工业危险废物处置的主要方式之一,运输、接收、贮存、处置等过程极易发生事故,对人体健康构成威胁或对大气、水资源、土壤等造成污染.文章分析中国工业危险废物的现状,提出工业危废焚烧处置企业的安全管理重点环节,以期保证中国工业危废焚烧处置企业的长周期安全运行.
Abstract
In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China's economic aggregate,the production of industrial hazardous waste in China is also increasing year by year.Incineration is one of the main methods of industrial hazardous waste disposal,transportation,receiving,storage,treatment and other processes are prone to accidents,poses a threat to human health or causes pollution to the atmosphere,water resources and soil,etc.This paper analyzes the current situation of industrial hazardous waste in China,and puts forward the key links of safety management of industrial hazardous waste incineration disposal enterprises,in order to ensure the long-term safe operation of China's industrial hazardous waste incineration disposal enterprises,for peer reference.
