Scientifically constructing a standardized system for safety education in university laboratories is an effective means to address the frequent occurrence of safety accidents in university laboratories.On the basis of objectively discussing the research achievements related to laboratory safety education in universities,this article systematically analyzes the current legal status of laboratory safety in China from three levels:effectiveness level,unit distribution,and content distribution.Furthermore,it proposes suggestions for building a standardized system of laboratory safety education in universities based on existing laws.
