S-Zorb脱硫反应器是催化汽油吸附脱硫装置中的核心设备,制造主体材料为 12Cr2Mo1R(H)钢,其中反应器的锥体制造是反应器制造的难点.由于锥体壁厚相对较厚、焊缝多、焊接工作量大,制造过程中容易产生缺陷,需要制定严格的制造工艺和过程检验方法,确保脱硫反应器的制造质量.文章以 180 万吨/年S-Zorb脱硫反应器的锥体为例,分析了锥体的设计结构、制造工艺和质量控制要点,对提高同类产品的制造质量、降低生产成本起到理论指导作用.
Manufacturing Process and Quality Control of S-Zorb Desulfurization Reactor Cone
The S-Zorb desulfurization reactor is the core equipment in the catalytic gasoline adsorption desulfurization device,and the main manufacturing material is 12Cr2Mo1R(H)steel.The manufacturing of the reactor cone is a difficult point in reactor manufacturing.Due to the relatively thick wall thickness of the cone,numerous welds,and large welding workload,defects are prone to occur during the manufacturing process.Therefore,strict manufacturing processes and process inspection methods need to be developed to ensure the manufacturing quality of the desulfurization reactor.This article takes the cone of the 1.8 million ton/year S-Zorb desulfurization reactor as an example to analyze the design structure,manufacturing process,and quality control points of the cone.This provides theoretical guidance for improving the manufacturing quality of similar products and reducing production costs.
