Modularization Application of Low Level Heat Recovery System(L-HRS)
With the progress of chemical technology,modularization has been greatly developed in petroleum and chemical industries.This paper discusses the design and application of low level heat recovery module in SABIC 1000 t/d sulfur-based sulfuric acid plant,and summarizes the key issues in production and operation,which could provide some idea for modularization application in petrochemical plants.This module has been in normal state since plant start,all parameters and factors met the design requirements.The actual production data is consistent with ASPEN simulation results,which plays an exemplary role in configuring low level heat recovery module for sulfur based sulfuric acid plants.
