Layout and Pipeline Design of High Pressure Pump in LNG Receiving Station
High pressure pump is an important pressurization facility in liquefied natural gas(LNG)receiving station.In view of the maturity of receiving station technology in China,the layout ideas of high pressure pumps in existing projects are summarized by comparing and analyzing the projects contacted.This paper first describes the main points of high pressure pump equipment layout,and summarizes and classifies typical equipment layout according to the characteristics of equipment and auxiliary pipe layout.Secondly,the requirements of pipeline layout are briefly explained,the main pipelines attached to high pressure pump are introduced,and the key points of their design are described.Finally,by comparing the two typical flexible designs,it is found that their core ideas are still consistent.
