Large petrochemical construction projects have the characteristics of wide distribution of construction areas,complex types of operations,large number of construction personnel involved,and long construction time spans.They involve multiple supervision units and general contractors working together,requiring the construction unit to carry out safety control throughout the entire process.This paper is based on management practice and summarizes the entire process safety control process and key work of the project from the perspective of the owner.It is worth reference and reference for similar projects.
