With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the scale of investment in the construction of oil refining plant project is constantly expanding.In order to control the project construction investment,this paper takes a set of oil refining plant as an example to analyze and discuss the whole process management of the cost of this set of plant.Starting from the research and comparison of construction plans,the technical and economic analysis of multiple plans and the evaluation to determine the plans,the paper puts forward specific measures to manage the whole staff and the whole process.
