随着工业和科技的快速发展,气体标准物质在电子制造、环境监测、汽车尾气检测以及第三方质量检测等领域的需求量不断上升。尤其对大气环境安全的监测以及与人民生活健康安全相关的产品评价与检测的需求日益增强。文章以甲烷和高纯氮气为原料,采用称量法进行配制,并通过与一级有证气体标准物质量值进行比较来定值。利用气相色谱检测技术来评估样品的均匀性和稳定性。同时,计算并评估了研制过程中引入的不确定度。所研制的氮中甲烷气体标准物质,其定值为1。00×10-2mol/mol,扩展不确定度为1%,有效期为1年。该标准物质可用于仪器校准、质量控制及环境检测分析的确认和评价等方面。
Development of Methane Gas Standard Reference Material in Nitrogen by Comparison Method
With the rapid development of industry and technology,the demand for gas reference materials in electronic manufacturing,environmental monitoring,automotive exhaust testing,and third-party quality testing is increasing.In particular,the demand for monitoring atmospheric environmental safety and evaluating and testing products related to people's health and safety is increasing.The paper uses methane and high-purity nitrogen as raw materials,and uses weighing method to prepare them.The value is determined by comparing with the certified gas reference material of first-class quality.Gas chromatography detection technology is used to evaluate the homogeneity and stability of the sample.At the same time,the uncertainty introduced during the development process is calculated and evaluated.The developed methane gas reference material in nitrogen has a value of 1.00×10-2 mol/mol,an expanded uncertainty of 1%,and a validity period of one year.This reference material can be used for instrument calibration,quality control,and confirmation and evaluation of environmental detection analysis.
