Application of Fixed Torque Fastening Combination Technology of Disc Spring
Disc spring sealing and fixed torque tightening are widely used in mechanical sealing.With the increasing requirements of pipeline sealing,it is difficult for single disc spring sealing or fixed torque tightening to meet the sealing requirements.The combination of the two can greatly enhance the sealing effect.At present,there are few researches on the application of disc spring fixed moment combined sealing technology in construction,and the interaction and interaction law of disc spring and fixed moment need to be further studied.Based on the application of the disc spring fixed moment combination technology in coal chemical industry and petrochemical industry,the paper conducts a systematic application research on the disc spring fixed moment combination technology,which provides theoretical support for the application of the disc spring fixed moment combination sealing technology.
