The lead powder and copper powder with more than 99.9%are used as raw materials for making high lead copper powder.Through calculation,the GM planetary ball mill is used under the protection of nitrogen and cooling water,so as to produce high lead copper alloy powder.Through the experiment,the high lead copper powder was applied to the bearing bush processing with laser cladding technology,and the wear degree of the front and rear bearing bush material was compared according to the resulting wear volume.The experimental results prove that the wear resistance of the cladding layer is more than 5 times that of the original material.After the application of high lead copper powder,the wear resistance of the material is significantly improved.The application of high lead copper powder in the shafts processing can improve the wear resistance of the shafts,and has good application value.
