According to geological exploration,China's shale oil resources have huge exploitation potential,and active and effective exploitation of shale oil resources can promote the development of China's energy structure towards a better direction.Based on this,this paper analyzes the types,exploitation potential and prospects of continental shale oil in China,discusses the three aspects of shale oil types,shale oil potential and shale oil prospects,and points out the problems of resource uncertainty risk,technical adaptability risk and cost risk in the exploitation process of continental shale oil,as well as the risk countermeasures in the development process of shale oil.
