At present,the major overhaul cycle of equipment in refining and chemical enterprises has been extended greatly,mostly for 3～5 years,resulting in a substantial increase in the number of operations during the major overhaul.The number of high-risk operations such as hot fire,high altitude,limited and temporary electricity consumption involved in the overhaul of refining and chemical enterprises is large,and the risk of cross-operation is large.Any operation is accompanied by risks,and if the control is not good,the accident of the dead will occur,which also brings great challenges to modern safety management.The"integrated grid"safety supervision method on the major overhaul site improves the intensity and precision of safety control,greatly improves the efficiency of safety management,ensures the accuracy of safety management,and makes up for the problems in safety management in time.
