Due to the wide variety of chemical machinery,coupled with the diversification of chemical materials,the reaction between materials is complex,resulting in the safety management of chemical machinery is more difficult.At the same time,chemical production is integrated,so the risk is more concentrated.Therefore,chemical machinery safety management has become an important part of chemical production.Based on this,this paper analyzes the working ideas of chemical machinery safety management from the perspective of sustainable development,and puts forward effective countermeasures such as timely updating of safety management technology,establishing scientific and reasonable chemical machinery maintenance system,and dynamic safety management to ensure the safe production of chemical enterprises.
