Optimization Measures for Extending the Operation Cycle of Fixed-bed Residue Hydrogenation Unit
The fixed-bed residue hydrotreating unit process technology is widely used in refinery processing of heavy oil products,and its operating cycle is generally short.Therefore,how to extend its operating cycle is of great significance for improving refinery processing efficiency and ensuring safe production.This paper mainly discusses the factors that affect the long-term operation of the residue hydrotreating unit,including the properties of the raw material,catalyst,and hydrogen purity.In order to extend the operating cycle of the unit,a series of optimization measures are proposed to maximize the benefits of the entire plant.
