Optimize the Structural Design and Application of Sulfur Spray Gun
This paper thoroughly analyzes the atomization methods, gun body bending deformations, and causes of steam leakage in traditional sulfur spray guns.In response to these issues, corresponding solutions were proposed.By adopting efficient sulfur spray nozzles, the problem of hollow atomization was effectively solved, thereby improving the usage volume of the incinerator. The use of uniformly distributed insulation steam rings and axial sliding sleeve sealing structures effectively addressed the issue of gun body bending.Additionally, placing compensation expansion joints outside the incinerator and optimizing the welding seam design of the gun body effectively resolved the steam leakage problem. These improvement measures were implemented to enhance the performance and service life of sulfur spray guns.
