Coke carrying and sewage unqualified are the two key problems in the early operation of flexible coking unit,which not only affect the safe and smooth operation of flexible coking unit itself,but also bring great impact on the operation of downstream hydrocracking unit and sewage treatment plant.This paper expounds the practical problems caused by coke carrying and sewage unqualified,then analyzes the causes of coke carrying and sewage unqualified,and puts forward the ideas and measures to solve the problem.
