Practice and Application of Six Sigma Methodology in Improving Crude Benzene Yield and Optimizing Process Parameter
The paper focuses on how to use the DMAIC method of Six Sigma to screen and analyze process parameters that may affect the yield of crude benzene,in order to find out the key process parameters, and then use Minitab software to conduct regression analysis on the historical data of the key process parameters to obtain a theoretically meaningful model with practical guidance. Finally, the adjustment method for key process parameters is provided through the response optimizer in Minitab software. In addition, the traditional definition of crude benzene yield into benzene washing efficiency and benzene removal efficiency, making the research more targeted and providing a new approach for improving the efficiency of crude benzene production lines for reference.
