In response to the problem that the construction of traditional smart chemical parks cannot completely change the traditional governance mode of park safety risks,and truly help improve the intrinsic safety level of the park and reduce the probability of park safety accidents,based on a large number of existing construction practices and exploration,as well as referring to relevant construction standards and specifications published at the national or regional level,a new construction mode of smart chemical parks based on closed-loop services is proposed.This model can effectively establish a closed-loop handling logic for related events in the related parties of the park and strengthen the handling mechanism for key events or important issues in the park,forming a new intelligent governance system for the park based on platforms and data.It can provide good reference for the construction of smart chemical parks in China.
