The digitalization of the global economy continues to generate new impetus for economic and social development.With the development of the chemical industry to intelligence and high-end,the demand for talent has also undergone fundamental changes.How to systematically build a talent cultivation system that meets the needs of industrial development,achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,and meet the employment needs of enterprises in the new era has become the focus of educational reform in vocational colleges.Aiming at the three problems in the talent cultivation of chemical engineering major in higher vocational education,this paper explores the strategies for professional transformation and upgrading from four aspects:teaching staff,integration of industry and education,curriculum system and teaching links,aiming to provide reference for similar majors.
